There is no design fee. Plans are $139 per month for Standard and $249 per month for Pro, and both include the website, hosting, security and support. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

How long does a new website take?

We craft a design sample of your homepage within 24 hours of your request. After you give feedback and start your free trial, we build the rest of the site, you review it, and we launch it. Most of the wait is your own review time.

Is the design custom or a template?

Custom. Every website starts with a design made for your practice, your photos and your services. We reuse well-tested building blocks under the hood so the site is fast and easy to edit, but the design is yours.

Can our own staff edit the website?

Yes. The drag-and-drop editor lets anyone in the office change text, swap photos, add pages and publish blog posts. If you would rather not, send us the change and we make it for you.

Do you redesign existing veterinary websites?

Yes. Most practices come to us with a website they are embarrassed by. The free design sample shows your current homepage next to the new one, so you can see the difference before deciding.

Who owns the website if we cancel?

There is no contract and you can cancel anytime. After 12 months we hand over your website files and assets, and we keep the site live for three months while you move it.
